The war in Iraq sucks. Frankly, it's hard to find a single person who likes being in a war. I am one of those people that hate being in this war, and see no point in being in it. But we should be doing something more than just complaining, because complaining doesn't make it any better. If you would ever go over to Iraq right now you would see more than just a statistic fighting this war. You would see real men and women who gave up their lives to fight for their country. Some of these people are fresh out of high school, and the military was the only way to go because of financial needs. If it weren't for those brave people over there, we would be fighting the war with computers and popsickle sticks. Though it is hard to see the light in a dark situation such as war, just imagine if you were fighting it; if you were risking your life everyday to give us and Iraq freedom. Maybe then you would really appreciate what these men and women are doing. They are fighting to the true meaning of patriotism and are truly helping us live the American dream.
